Why Devilish?
We are not a kennel or full time breeder! We are a small hobby breeder located in Lexington, SC. All of our animals are raised with love at our home. Our property is a little over an acre & there is plenty of room for them to explore. Our home may not be the biggest in the world, but it has lots of love surrounding it! Our Great Danes get a lot of interaction from adults, children, cats, small dogs, and even our ferret.
To breed Great Danes was a dream of mine & the love of animals is a passion of mine. We follow a high standard of ethics & believe in lifelong commitment & honesty. Our goal is to place our puppies in the best & most suitable home for them. For this reason we reserve the right to refuse any sale that we feel may not be appropriate.
The name Devilish Danes came from my first Great Dane, The Devil's Own Voodoo. His name came from a combination of another dog & the AKCs originality criteria.
Voodoo was a great inspiration in my life & is the soul inspiration for Devilish Danes.
After living a great life Voodoo had to be put to sleep at the age of 5 due to bloat. His memory lives on today as it will forever.
This site as well as Devilish Danes is dedicated to Voodoo.
